Terms

Draft, last updated October 14, 2026. Pending legal review.

What the guides are

Guides and plans describe charging sites as their networks and other sources showed them on the check date listed. Networks change stall counts, access, prices, and hours without notice, and chargers break. Confirm a site in the network's app before you rely on it, and always carry enough range to reach a backup.

No warranty

Information on this site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and we mark what we couldn't verify, but we don't guarantee that any charger will be available, working, or priced as listed when you arrive.

Your responsibility on the road

You are responsible for driving safely, obeying traffic laws, and deciding when and where to charge. Don't use the site while driving.

Custom plans

A plan is built from the details you give us. If those details are wrong or incomplete, the plan may be too. Delivery times and refunds are described on the plans page.

Driver reports and links

We summarize and link to reports from public forums and social sites. Those reports are their authors' views. Links to other sites are for reference; we don't control them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, EV Trip Reports isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or a plan, including missed charges, delays, towing, or lodging costs. For a custom plan, our total liability is limited to what you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
